Trying to figure out where "MY" Bernhard/Barnharts came in...and then headed to Iowa in 1852...seeing that the elderly ones I know of were named:

S. (abt. 1800-? female)
Charles (abt. 1778-?)
George I.(perhaps for Issac?) (abt.1808)
Margaret (abt.1800-?)

And if none of these matches in your lines, could you at least share with me if any headed westward and "how" or thru which states etc. THANKS,Sandy
