Does anyone have information on the ancestors of David Thompson Barnette/Barnett? My records indicate that his father may have been Alexander Miller Barnette.
David Thompson Barnette had four siblings; Samuel Finley Barnette, Margaret Barnette, Elizabeth Huldah Barnette, and Robert Craig Barnette.
David T. Barnette was born 2/14/1852, married Ella Cook on Oct 15, 1878; they lived in Richland County, Ohio, and their daughters lived in central Ohio, near Mansfield.
I see the family records with both spellings - interchangably.
