I have inherited a Barnes photo which I am trying to identify. It appears to be a wedding photo, the couple are in their early to mid twenties, well dressed. Photo appears to have been made late 1800's or early 1900's. On the back is the name S.(or L.) L. Barnes 119 Ashton St., Kingree, S.C. In a wild stretch the first initial could be a 'T'. but I do not think so. My first inclination is the letter S. The couple are related to the Barnes family of Lumpkin County, Ga. which is related to me. But I do not know much about them. Does anyone have connections to a Barnes family in Kingree, S.C. with Georgia connections. If so, please answer me.
