Myra, I'm researching family connections for Sarah BARNES who married Mikel DUNAHO on, 3 Mar. 1803 in Richmond County, NC. Michael DUNNAHOE entered a claim for 100 acres in Richmond County, NC between Leaths Creek and Gum Swamp around 1779-1780. I believe Michael has some connection to the Dunahoe Bay area around Red Springs and Rennert.I have another marriage record for a Benjamin BARNES and Oilef GOODSON, 28 AUG 1803, with Jesse BARNES as the Bondholder also in Richmond County, NC. Would you know if Sarah BARNES is connected to Jesse BARNES? Have you run across these BARNES family members in your research of Robeson County? I would appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you!
