My Great Grand Uncle, Ambrose Burnside Barnard appears to have been married twice;first to Melissa T or F Reagan (DOB 07-28-1860) and second to Minnie C Rogers (DOB ~ 1860 DOD 03-08-1939 in Whittier CA.)
MARRIAGE # 1: Ambrose Barnard + Melissa Reagan. Married Feb 18, 1882 in Henry County, IN. What happened to Melissa? When did she die and where is she buried? I have no DOD for her.
Also, supposedly they had a child named Maude DOB 03-24-1884 and DOD 04-1906. Maude married Edward M Danielson (DOB 10-01-1881 Cippewa, Wisconsin) and gave birth to a child who I know nothing about. How did Maude die and where is she buried? Anyone have anything on the child?
MARRIAGE # 2: Ambrose Barnard + Minnie C Rogers. Married Nov 26, 1887 in Henry County, IN. The marriage of Ambrose and Minnie C Rogers produced a child born 07-11-1889. What is the name of this child and what happened to it? All I have is a birth record and nothing else.
I would like to connect to Barnards related to this line. I have yet to meet any Barnards although I have met my Grandfather's side-Waymans. Ambrose is the son of Cyrus Barnard and Mary C Paddock. Cyrus is son of Tristram B Jr. and Lydia Gardner. Tristram Jr is son of Tristram B and Margaret Folger. Tristram B is son of William B and Mary Coffin. William B is son of Ebenezer B and Mary Hussey. Mary Coffin is dtr of Samuel Coffin and Miriam Gardner. Ebenezer is son of Nathaniel B and Mary B. Nathaniel B is son of Thomas B and Eleanor X. Mary B is the dtr of Robert B and Joanna X. Thomas is the son of William and unknown female X. Robert B is of course also the son of William.
