John's parents were Tristam Barnard & Dorothy Currier. I just stumbled across a genealogical book for New Hampshire online & it says that John announced his intentions to marry a Dorothy Challis! It lists their children as Moses, John & Eliphalet b. 17 June 1787 (which is correct)and also I have there were daughters (Jerusha, POlly, Dorothy, Miriam, and Hannah. I am on a mission to find out if this is true or not. Anyone out there know? I'm descended from Moses Barnard & Polly Gove. Anyone else from this line?
