DNA for Barnard Family

My maiden name was Barnard and I would like to have a DNA test completed on my line - but... I have no living male Barnard family members that a DNA sample could be obtained. So, I am wondering if there are any living male descendants from Jonathan Barnard 1806-1863. He was born in Guilford Co., N.C. and died in Carroll Co, Indiana. His father was Shubael Barnard 1771-1851. He is part of my direct line. Thanks for any
