The Barnard name comes from the Georgis part of the Old Soviet Union. Traveled to England, Scotland, Ireland. The Bernard name is common in France but not Barnard. My Barnard roots were Irish and lived most of his life in Virginia and Kentucky. He was born in 1770 died 1852.
Need anything else with your people? Moses was very young when arriving in US?
