I figure this is what you have, but just in case -- here's Emily's birth in the IGI:
EMILY BARNARD
Birth: 17 NOV 1851
Christening: 28 DEC 1851 St Ann Blackfriars, London, London, England
Parents:
Father: THOMAS BARNARD Family
Mother: ELIZA
St Ann Blackfriars is where the household was living in 1851, in the census info I gave in the previous post.
But she just doesn't show up in the transcription of the GRO index.
Now that we know her actual date of birth, though, it's possible that this is her:
Name: Emily Barnard
Year of Registration: 1852
Quarter of Registration: Jan-Feb-Mar
District: Bermondsey (1837-69)
County: Surrey
Volume: 1d
Page: 99
-- she may have been born in Bermondsey (with family?), and christened in St Ann Blackfriars, and then registered after Christmas. (I have several old family members born late in a year and registered in the first quarter of the next year.)
