I am from Monmouth County, NJ and a descendent of Lewis Baremore, brother of Jonathan and supposed son of George Baremore. This is the Lewis Baremore who was a Revolutionary soldier, left descendents in Monmouth Co., NJ and later removed to East Windsor in Mercer County, NJ. Thus my interest in the Baremores.
Today I was going over some copies of other documents in my BENNETT files. Looking more closely at a deed for land Myndart LeFever sold to my ancestor Johannes Bennet in Monmouth County dated 27 February 1726. I notice for the first time, having had it in in my files for 30 years, that it was witnessed by a Donny Baremore. (Spelling exactly as on the document).
I have not seen this Donny Baremore in any other records or documents. Does anyone know who he might be?
