I have heard down through my chilhood that
my family crossed over from Germany into
Holland? called themselves "Black Dutch" I
don't know when.My grandfather's name was
James Barley, my father was James Franklin
Barley. Raised in Greenbrier Co., WV.
Do you think there could be any connection
from the VA Barley's?
