I'm also researching Barkman's in the Albany/Schoharie area (Huntersland specifically too). I don't have any record of the people you mentioned in your query, but I was hoping you might have enough to connect us.

I am searching for the family of Catherine Cornelia Barkman b.c1809 . She married Rensselaer Chichester and lived in Broome, Schoharie for most of her life. I was hoping Catherine and Henry might be siblings? I have noticed other Barkman's in the area (Gerret, Jacob, and Isaac) but not sure how they connect with Catherine either.

Please let me know if any of this sounds familiar!
