Hello!
I am looking for information on my Great Grandfather Ernest E. Baribeault b1884 in Meriden, Connecticut. His wife was Charlotte Wilkinson b ~1887 in Meriden, Connecticut and they had two children, Edward C and Ernest Baribeault Jr born in Meriden.
I was able to find on the 1900 census a Ernest Baribault living with grandfather (Meriden, Connecticut). Eugene was listed as head b 1850? (hard to read) Canadian French and Edmon P b1868 Connecticut.
On the 1910 Census I find Ernest E Baribault living as a boarder at the same address as Lottie Wilkinson who was a servant (Meriden, Connecticut). I am almost sure that this is my GGrandfather as the dates coincide and knowing that my GGrandmother was Charlotte Wilkinson.
On the 1920 Census I find Ernest and Charlotte married but using the last name Baribeault instead of Baribault. From that time on my family has used the spelling of Baribeault.
My Grandfather was Edward Calvin Baribeault Sr. and my father is Edward Calvin Baribeault Jr.
Can anyone help me out? I am so stuck and would love to continue down on the family line.
