The Baribeaults of Eastern Connecticut

Hello, my name is Glenn, and my grandmother was Aldea Baribeault. She was born in 1898 in the town of Killingly, CT in the village of Attawaugan. I know very little about her, or her family. There is no forum for "Baribeault", so I figured that the next best thing would be to post here. I'm not sure if Baribeault is a variation of Baribeau, but seeing they're so similar, I would imagine they are.

I've been told that Aldea was the daughter of Alexandre Baribeault and Marie-Louise Lord. Aldea's siblings were Robert, John, Samuel (Sam), Aurore & William (Bill).

My grandmother Aldea was married to Ivan Dupont of Manville, RI. Once they were married they lived in the village of Danielson in Killingly, CT. They had several children while living in CT, and about 6 months after my father was born, they moved to the village of Manville in Lincoln, RI.

-While doing a google search I found a John Baribeault, working for the Wauregan-Quinebaug Mill Company in 1942. These mills are located not far from Danielson.

-I was also told that there was Native American blood in my family on the Baribeault side - but I don't know when or where.

Just putting this information out there with the hopes that someone might know something about Aldea, Alexandre or any of the Baribeaults I mentioned.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
