I am searching for family history information about my Great-grandmother, Mary Amelia Bargo. Information I have indicates she was born on February 22, 1856 at a location unknown to me. Mary Amelia was a Potawattomi Indian, probably full-blooded. She married Lewis Cass Pyatt (my great-grandfather) on February 7, 1875 (marriage location unknown to me). Mary Amelia and Lewis Cass had at least four children: Donald Maul Pyatt (my grandfather, born in Little Sioux, Iowa on March 12, 1886), and John, Mary, and Martha; I do not have birth information for John, Mary, and Martha). My great-grandmother Mary Amelia Bargo Pyatt died May 11, 1888 in a community called Buffalo Gap (state in which the Buffalo Gap in whcih she died is unknown to me).
I would appreciate and family history related to Mary Amelia Bargo Pyatt.
