The name of the book is Barge Families of Philadelphis, Pennsylvania, Cumberland County, North Carolina and Butler and Wilcox Counties, Alabama. This being the story of Lewis Barge of Fayetteveille, North Carolina, His ancestors and descendants and Barge Families of Philadelphia, Pennsvlvania, 1696-1800 A.D. How is that for a Title!!!!!
Last I heard Mr Weaver didnt have any copies left but you might find one in a genealogical library.

Email me privately and I will give you his address and telephone number.

My connection to the Barge family is thru my husband...but his connection is that Lewis Barge is 5TH greatGrandfather so that is our connection.

Hope this helps you out....
