Many of those who research Barfields in the U. S. have corresponded with Mari Byers.
I learned today that Mari passed away unexpectedly on May 16, 2008. The family has not completed arrangements.
Those who knew Mari, either personally or by correspondence, will remember her as a graceful, sweet, and caring person who brought sunshine to everyone.
Please keep the Byers family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
