Abraham Barfield b. NC abt 1776 was on the 1800 and 1810 in Robeson Co., NC sold land given him by David Barfield "for natural love & affection" in 1816, had children to marry in early 1820s in Bibb Co., AL. His land there was cut-off into Chilton Co., AL 5 mi. n. of Plantersville, 25 mi. n. of Selma. He had land grants in Pickens Co., AL and was on the 1840 &50 censuses there. Had children Florrah m. Samuel McGahey, Ervin m. Wincey Spinks, Elijah m. Martha Ward, Ann m. William Carey, and possibly David m. Rebecca Herrod and others unidentified now. Does anyone know his spouse or mother?
