Hello list.
I'm trying to up-date what I have on my Newark,NJ Barden's.

Owen Smith married Catherine Reilly 1854,
6 children were born,
James 1857
Elizabeth 1859
Rose-Anna 1861
Mary 1863
Catherine 1866
Ellen 1869

James is show with his family in the years 1860 and 1870 on Federal Census records ,but drops outta sight for the 1880 census.

Elizabeth SMITH marries Philip Jackson,
several children,
Catherine 1885
Ann 1887
Eugene 1891
Matthew 1893

Catherine SMITH married George Barden
several children.
Mary Agnes 1886
James Frances 1888
John 1890
Rose-Ella 1893
Catherine 1896
George Frances 1898
Elizabeth 1901
Genevive 1905
Clare 1908

Ellen SMITH married Edward Jerolemon
several children.
Frances(Frank)1891
Elizabeth(Masy) 1892
James 1894(may have died in infancy)
Philip 1897 (may have died in infancy)
Hellen 1898
William 1906
Ellen remarries in 1907 to William McDonnell
one child,
Catherine McDonnell 1909

Mary Barden(daughter of Catherine SMITH and George BARDEN)married Ernest Freitag (1908) had 4 children according to the 1920 census,
Ernest Jr.1912
Harold,1910
Elizabeth 1919
Marie 1915

I have no ferther in on the other children of Owen and Catherine SMITH(REILLY),
James , Rose-anna,& Mary.
