Have just learned that Henry Clay Bardin, father of Perlie Bardin had a brother who shot and killed a man. Henry accompanied his brother to Texas to escape the law. Henry never returned to his family. Years later his son Cy found him in Texas, remarried with a whole new family. Henry Clay Bardin and Mary Jane Sellers had the following children:

Mary Frances Josephine Cathryn (Josie)
Effie
C.A. (Cy)
Carlie
Mallie-male-twin to Callie
Callie-female-twin to Mallie
Perlie
