Am trying to figure out the relationship between Stephen Collins Foster (My Old Kentucky Home) and Judge John Rowan (built Federal Hill). I have info that says they were 2nd cousins. I've also come across info that says that Stephen's grandmother (Ann Barclay) married to James Foster is the one that was related to the Rowans. Does anyone have info on how the Rowans and the Fosters tie together through Ann Barclay (1769-1797)?
