Try going to the site listed below. If it is in blue, just click on it. If not cut and paste it into your Location window. Once there you can hunt for info from the Social Security Death Index. I checced for both your names. Searching on Lidia Moyer retrieves only one individual. She was born 1 Jun 1886 and died in May 1978 in Bethlehem, Northhampton, PA. Her SSAN was 164-50-6390.
Armed with this info and clicking on the right hand side of the displayed data, gives you a pre-planned letted to send. The SSA wants $1.00 for processing. At least that was so when I used the system for my relatives. The actual death cert contains info that might lead you to more places to search for more data on her.
Not as much luck when entering Helen Banker, at least from my perspective. There were 16 listings for that name. You might well be able to pick the correct one and request her cert also.
