I recently read an article on the Internet called "The Misty Origins of The Barclays" that stated that Roger de Berchelai was perhaps either the brother or nephew of Adeliza De Tosny, wife of Lord William FitzOsbern and daughter of Roger de Tosny Seignior de Conches who was a cousin of William the Conqueror. Does anyone have any more info on this theory?
