I am at a dead end with this John R. Barclay of Philadelphia. I know that he married a Jane Meyer in the early 1800's and moved to Trenton, New Jersey by 1840.

I also know that he was a shoemaker with a small shop on Second Street, near South Street.

Any ideas?
