I am trying to local any information on Joseph Truman Barclay born 14 Sept. 1868 in TN married Mary Elisabeth Minner 24 Dec 1890 in KY she later chaged her name Lucy they had four children Francis "Frank" Lee Barclay, Sr. born 13 Oct 1891, May Roberta Barclay Oberhausen born 10 Apr. 1898, Sue Ethel Barclay Fraiser Overfield born 12 Oct 1902, and Joseph Emery Barclay born 12 Feb 1904. Joseph had a borther Henry buried alive digging a well some where in southern IL. That is all I have on Joseph Truman Barclay any information will be greatly appreciated.
