Barclay & Rhea Families & the Lebanon Presbyterian Church

My g-g-g-grandfather was Felix Barclay, he married Pricey Brock in 1799 and died in 1809, both events took place in Knox County, Tennessee. Felix and Pricey had four children that are proven: Thomas, James, Mary "Polly" and Elizabeth "Betsy". I haven't the foggiest idea where Felix was born or when he emigrated to east Tennessee and I have no other Barclay families, that I know of, who were in this particular area during the late 1700's to early 1800's that I can connect him to. Until now. It's my understanding that one William Barclay, who later moved to Alabama and had a political career there, married Mary Rhea, the daughter of Archibald Rhea and Catherine Sevier. I do know this, Archibald Rhea and his family attended the Lebanon in the Fork Presbyterian Church which was only around one mile from where my Felix Barclay lived at Swan Pond Creek in east Knox County. I have yet to find whether or not Felix was a member, or attended the church there, but will soon. To say that William Barclay's marriage to a girl who's family is known to have been living in the same area at the same time as Felix Barclay was makes me suspicious, would be an understatement. Although, I'm unable to locate a Knox County marriage bond for William and Mary. Were they married in Knox County? When and where were they married? I know that the Rhea's were there in Knox County at least prior to 1793, because Dr. J.G.M. Ramsey wrote of Archibald Rhea Sr.'s 1793 death and spoke of his burial outside the churches back door in his "History of the Lebanon in the Fork Presbyterian Church". There may, or may not have been, a familial connection between my Felix Barclay and this particular William Barclay, but given the fact that there were so few Barclay's in that area at that time, I think the odds are good that there was a connection.
