Rev. Philip Barbour Price b. 1822, Hanover, VA. Where did the Barbour in his name come from? His mother was Elizabeth Carr Mosby. I can't find any other Barbours anywhere in his father's family. Does anyone know of a Barbour connection to Mosbys or Carrs prior to 1822?
