Hi Joe,
Careful, regarding ELISHA BARBOUR and SUSANNAH FARMER:
ELISHA BARBOUR, b.1787, had at least two wives - JANE MITCHELL and SUSANNAH FARMER. (see note for ? third)
He had two known children with wife, JANE MITCHELL:
1.HENRY ELISHA BARBER, b.1808; m. SUSAN BARNHART, 10 May 1838.
2.James L. Barbour, b. ca 1810.
He had seven known (to me) children with wife, SUSANNAH FARMER:
John Farmer Barber; Samuel Barber; Martha Barbour; James Barber; Lucy Barbour; Joel Barber; & Robert Barber.
*The year ELISHA BARBOUR and SUSANNAH FARMER were married, 1817, the nine year old would have been HENRY ELISHA BARBOUR, her husband's son by his first wife ~ her step-son.
Sorry for any confusion. It looks like I didnt line my ducks up very well in the listing.

*note regarding ? third wife of ELISHA BARBOUR:
I saw a listing for SARAH EDDES marrying ELISHA BARBOUR, 13 November 1815 in a Wayne county listing.
yet... I read on the internet the quote stating ELISHA only married twice and that the sarah eddes/elisha barbour marriage was a different elisha barbour. I didnt search it further.
