Gov. Barbour's children are correct. However, he married 1) Elizabeth (Bettie) Todd d/o Benjamin Todd and Bettie Barbour Johnson (from the Pendleton genealogy and I don't know if it is correct) He married 2) Sarah Todd. I do not know who the Todd girls are or if Sarah is sister to Bettie. Philip Pendleton Barbour, brother to Gov. James C. Barbour married a Frances Todd d/o Thomas Todd and Elizabeth Bernard. We do not know if all the Todds are related as yet.
