I am a descendant of Hezekiah Jones, Carteret Jones, Council B. Jones, Wm. Carteret Jones & Laura Jane Jones (my grandmother of Onslow Co., NC who married Robert Lee Banks of Jones Co. NC). Carteret Jones married Alice Barber (Barbour). Maryther (Martha) Jones was daughter of Hezekiah Jones & Mary Hammonds (Hez's 2nd wife. Maryther also married a Barber (Barbour).
