My great-grandmother's maiden name was Liddie Barber (Barbour); She was married to Lee Jones; Elizabeth Mae (Or Mae Elizabeth) Jones, my grandmother was born in Vinita, OK about May 30, 1905 (their daughter)My grandmother's grandmother or great-grand-mother walked The Trail of Tears, though I don't know from which side of the family. Hope we can find some connection. Her brother, Ernie Jones was adopted by a family whose surname was Carter from TX. Thanks.
