Hello folks - I'm the great great great grandson of Alanson, and great great great great grandson of Ichabod Barber. My father is Newton Richter Barber, son of John Lyman Barber, who is the son of Bert Samuel Barber, who is the son of Lyman Wooster Barber, who is the son of Alanson Barber, who is the son of Ichabod Barber...phew. Hope that made sense.
Anyways, I'm very interested in any information that re: what Alason did for a living, cause of death, etc. I'm a bit skeptical of LDS sites and stories. Any information you may have would be greatly appreciated.
