Beg to differ on the DNA testing - 12 marker tests don't actually prove as much as one would like. The 25 or whatever the next level is pretty conclusive for male relative, but depenging on generation is still not an exact match. I'm female, but have a couple of names that have extensive DNA tests going and we've discovered 12-12 markers that then have several differences at the 25 level and above.

Interested in a Samuel Barber b abt 1767, maybe in NJ later shows up in Loudon, VA, and has children who are claimed to be born in MD. Samuel married Ann Schooley in abt 1789 and died in Harrison Co, OH 5 Feb 1852. He was a Quaker. His daughter Elizabeth married Moses Lukens, also a Quaker, and they show up in the Quaker records and the US census for Harrison Co, OH in the mid 19th C.
