For all that plantation and tract of Land Situate in Pilesgrove Viz;
Beginning at a Corner at Salem Creek, thence by Devals land North twenty Eight
Degrees East thirty five Chains and a half, thence North Sixty one Degrees west
seven Chains thence North twenty Degrees East thirty one Chain and 75 l's., then
North Sixty one degrees West ten Chain and 45 link, thence by David Moors Land
South twenty Degrees West Sixty Eight Chains to the aforesaid Creek, thence up
same Creek bounding on the water Course thereof to the Corner first named.
Containing Seventy five Acres.Together with all the Buildings, Improvements,
Hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever there unto belonging, to Have & etc..
