I have some info on the Franklin Co., OH Barbee's. Here is what I have --
William Haws Barbee was b 28 Feb 1775 in Front Royal, Warren Co., VA. He was m 26 Dec 1794 to Mary Jones. They had 13 children. Wm died 20 Mar 1860.
The children are: Agnes, Susannah, John, Mary, Franklin (b 18 Jun 1804 m to Margaret Adams ), William, David, Elizabeth, Lucinda, William haws Jr., Katharine, Joseph & Eli.
I have some marriages, some descendants of them, but I am not related to this line. I can supply a couple persons who are.
No one has found for certain the father of this William -- although there is speculation he descends from the early William line.

PS I believe Franklin had a second m to Lucinda Merriss (? sp) 12 Mar 1835.
