As always looking for James E. Barbee born about 1770. He is the father of Elijah Barbee b. 1801 in SC and Sarah Barbee b. 1789 in SC. Elijah and Sarah lived in Tuscaloosa, Al. In the 1830's Elijah and his wife "Monica" Poe moved to Coahoma County, Mississippi until his death in 1877. This branch of Barbee's are buried in the Barbee Cemetery in Coahoma County Mississippi (Just outside Lula.)
