I think we might have the same family line. I have a Thomas Barbee B. 1690 D. 1752, who was married to Margaret ?. They had ten children: Sarah (m. John O'Bannon), Andrew (m. Jane Delaney), Lydia (m. John Grant), Catherine (m. James Withers), John (b. 11-12-1724 d.1801-1805 m.Elizabeth Welch and Phyllis Duncan), Thomas (m. Margaret Fant), Mary (m. William Coatney), Betty (m. William Smith), Ann (m. Garner Burgess), and Joseph. I am the descendant of John Barbee. If you think we have the same family here please e-mail me back, I'd be more than happy to swap info.
