The parents of Elijah (1801) and Sarah Martin Barbee(1789). This Brother and sister were born in South Carolina. Moved to Alabama. Sarah stayed in Alabama and Elijah moved to Coahoma County Mississippi in the 1830's. Elijah married Minica Nancy Poe. Sarah married Isaac Cannon.
