I'm interested in contacting the family of John C. Barbee and Adeline (Addie)Smith Barbee, who moved to Texas (Grayson Co) ca 1870 from Sabine Parish, LA. Addie Barbee, b ca 1843, was the daughter of Eli Smith/Mary E. Biles Smith. This family appears in the 1880 Grayson County TX census with the following children: Minnie, Maggie, Thomas, Willie, Joseph.
