Just happened to read the posting. Mark Barbee is not the same as James Barbee son of John Gaston Barbee. James was killed in a gun fight in west Texas and left no heirs. I would like to know where the middle name Monroe came from. I am from the line of Reuben Barbee --> Willis Monroe Barbee-->James Monroe Barbee. Thanks. Jesswmason@aol.com
