Thank you for sharing your research.

I have no notes for BARBRIE; however, I have notes on three BARBARIEs:

BARBARIE, John [Vol 28, p57-8, Wm & Mary Qrtrly]
BARBARIE, Andrew [Footnote, p515 DRAPER's Kings Mtn]
BARBARIE, Oliver [p194, Loyalists in the Southern Campaign of the Revolutionary War: Official rolls of Loyalists recruited from Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and those recruited from other colonies for the British Legion, Guides and pioneers, loyal foresters, and Queen's Rangers / by Murtie June CLARK. Vol II. Baltimore: Geneal Publ Co, 1981]

Please keep me in mind if you find any indication that your BARBARIEs are associated with shoemakers (or, cobblers) out of NY, NC or SC.

Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
