If you look in the 1850 Census Records for Paulding County, Ga dated September 12, 1850 you will find Howard Barbare and his family. It states that he was 56 and a carpenter b. in SC and his wife Elizabeth 47, b. in SC. their children were: Mary Ann 18, Sophronia 10, Leona 7, Arrana 5, Babe 5 male, Phildelia 1 mo., all of the children were b. in GA. He is listed in the 1820 census records for Greenville, SC on page 114. I have been trying to track down his father, Benjamin, parents and I have not tried to track Howard any further. We have not been able to get past Benjamin and Sally Barbare. If you would like Howard's brothers and sisters I have them also from the estate papers.

Barbara
