Hi
This is a bit of a long shot since this thread is seven years old. I am researching my partner's family tree and the name Dorothy Lashley appeared. She was born in about 1850 in Barbados and married a James Graves who was born in Kent, UK. He seemed to be a Gunner, possibly Royal Artillery. I was just wondering whether my Dorothy is part of your family.
Many thanks
Julie Pout
