Hi Allan

I have found both Willoughby and Elizabeth Acreman and Willoughby and Elizabeth Akerman on ny CD, no Stephen.

I found him and Sarah Morse on Family Search in Newbury, Massachusetts. He is listed as being born in 1637. They were married 17 Dec 1684. His possible parents were: Randall or Robert Akerman and Rebecca or Margaret. Did he marry a second time? Sarah Wheeler, 12 Feb 1711?

Willoughby and Elizabeth Acreman have 3 children: Elizabeth, c. 17 Dec 1676, Mary, C. 03 Feb 1677, Willoughby, c. 11 Nov 1688.

Willoughby and Elizabeth Akerman have 3 children, one I can only learn of from his "Mother's Will," John. The other 2 are Cornelia, c. 15 May 1681 and Thomas, c. 25 Nov 1683. They are all from St. Philip Parish.

Now, if you notice, that the dates of Cornelia and Thomas's births fit nicely between Mary and Willoughby's birth dates and probably John's is in there somewhere as well.

Name Spelling on the Island of Barbados left a lot to be desired. Some of those Clergymen had their own ways of spelling names.

Beth
