Mary Edith Elvira KING b. c. 1851 & bap. poss. in St Joseph's. She was the youngest daughter of James Richard KING & Mary Ann EARL. She went to live with Mr John RICHARDS sugar planter, Grand View St Thomas' at 10 years old and was baptised there at the age of 18 in 1869. She came to England with Mr Richard's eldest daughter Mrs Charles BASCOMBE in 1877. Mrs Bascombe returned to live in Demarara within a year. Looking to find any more information about any of these families and where I can obtain certificates and documentation to prove all of this.
