I've found this information on the Barb family in my Grandma's Bible:

Joseph Reckard (b. July 6, 1825 d. June 1, 1909) married Margaret Barb (b. Aug . 31, 1830 d. June 21, 1903) on July 5, 1846.

Their children were:

Adam March 31, 1841
Elisha J. June 11, 1851
Isaac W. Sept 1, 1853
Annie E. Jan 29, 1857 - d Feb. 07, 1880
J. Allen Dec. 27, 1861
George Nov. 5, 1864

Annie E. married ? Willard and they had Esa May Willard (b. Mar 14, 1878 d. Oct. 5, 1964)
She married Charles S. Liston (b. Jan 1 1875 d. Aug 11, 1901)
