Looking for Barbe or Marlin Descendants of Marion Co, or Decatur Co, Indiana. Need parentage info on Johnathan Clarke Barbe b. 1880 in IN.
Possibles I have located are:
Monre (Monroe?) and Ella Barbe of KY (w/ a possible brother of Clarence)
Jonathan Barbe b. 1817 in OH and Claressa Barb b. 1821 in OH. These might be his grandparents but unable to prove as yet.
Doing this search for a friend so not familiar with other legs of family other than a marriage into the MARLIN family of Indiana.
Please advise if you have any info on the Barbe family.
Willing to exchange MARLIN info.
