I am seeking information about the widow of Edward Baptist, Barbary Gallant Baptist. Barbary was previously married to Gload or Glover Gallant or Galland. I have found a court record from York County VA., dated March 24, 1674/5. Edward's sons from another marriage are listed as Morgan and Edward Baptist.
John and Mary Gallant are Children of Barbary and Gload Gallnt. They are mentioned in another Court entry for 1675.
I have not yet linked these Gallants to James Madison Gallant 1724-1807-who lived in S.C.
Any help would be appreciated.
