Looking for further information on Henry Elsworth Banta. He was born 7 Jan 1862, probably in Madison Co, Iowa. His parents were Henry D. Banta and Louise Mariah Morgan. I don't have a birth date for the elder Henry, but he died before 1870 when his widow remarried. Louise Morgan was born 19 Nov 1842 in either Marion or Monongalia county, West Virginia. She died 13 Aug 1922 in Madison Co., Iowa.
