Some time ago I ran across a family history book with the names HIRES and SHUCK in the title, and BANTA was one of the allied families included in it. As I recall, the book had quite a lot of interesting information about the Low Dutch group. Does anyone know where I could purchase a copy of this book? I am a descendant of Andrew SHUCK (b. 6 May 1793) and Constantine BANTA (b. 17 Nov 1793)--always interested in finding new "cousins" to exchange info with.
